Declaration on the duty to inform

The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this data protection information we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing in our company.

Contact with us

If you contact us by form, website, e-mail or telephone, your data will be stored for six months for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. This data is only used for the purpose of making an offer/processing an order in order to be able to contact you. We will not pass on any data to third parties without your consent.

Training registration

The data you provide in the registration form will only be processed within the scope of contract processing and for the purpose of training processing & optimization. Data will not be transferred to third parties. On the website, the data stored by us will be deleted after cancellation of the purchase process. In the case of a contract conclusion, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the fiscal retention period (7 years). Beyond that, the data will only be stored with customers who have a long-term contractual relationship with us. Data for the creation or reproduction of a certificate is stored for 12 months. The data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 para. 3 TKG and Art 6 para. 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for the performance of the contract) of the DSGVO.

Visitor tracking on the homepage

Our website is hosted by a contract data processor within the EU. As part of the technical support, the IP addresses and user behaviour of all visitors are tracked. This data is kept for 14 days and then deleted. Our concern in terms of the DSGVO (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our web presence. We ourselves have no direct access to these log files, they remain for the above mentioned reasons only with the host. The data processing is based on the legal regulations of § 96 Abs 3 TKG and Art 6 Abs 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the DSGVO

Ongoing consulting, software sales, individual programming and IT services

We would like to point out that your data provided e.g. in the order or in the inquiry will be processed for the purpose of order processing. The data is processed securely in our internal system. All processing steps, including communication, are also documented. Telephone conversations can also be documented there. Data will not be transferred to third parties, unless this is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract: As a rule, the software manufacturer/service provider requires a contact person for license/service provision. In this case we will forward your data to our contractual partners (software companies or service providers) in a targeted manner and to the minimum extent necessary (contact details of the contact person). Due to the legal retention periods, we store the data in any case for 10 years; in the case of an ongoing business relationship, in any case for the duration of the business relationship, beyond that until the end of any legal dispute, continuous warranty or guarantee periods. The data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 para. 3 TKG and Art 6 para. 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for the performance of the contract) of the DSGVO.

Siemens Industry Software

We are a subsidiary of ACAM Systemautomation GmbH. This is an approved partner of Siemens Software. In the course of your inquiry about A-Struct or other Siemens products, we and Siemens will provide support together. To coordinate these activities (e.g. awarding test licenses), your data will be stored in the salesforce.com platform so that it is accessible to Siemens.

Google Analytics Privacy Policy

Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of our website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, by activating IP anonymisation on our website, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area before. Only in exceptional cases the full IP address is transferred to a Google server in the USA and is shortened there. Newsletter

You have the possibility to subscribe to our newsletter via our website. If you agree, we need your e-mail address and your declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter. In order to provide you with targeted information, we also collect and process voluntary information on topics for which you wish to receive information such as news, training and events. Once you have subscribed to the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with a link to confirm your subscription. You can cancel your subscription to the newsletter at any time. You have the opportunity to get to know us and our products/services at exhibitions and events as well as via Linked-In. In order to provide you with the best possible service, we collect your personal data and send you the above-mentioned newsletter. If there is a concrete need, this will also be recorded so that our sales team can give you better support. The data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 para. 3 TKG and Art 6 para. 1 lit b (necessary for pre-contractual fulfilment) of the DSGVO. Your rights In principle, you are entitled to the rights of information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transferability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have otherwise been violated in any way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria it is the data protection authority.
